I am a Licensed Independent Level Social Worker (LISW) and certified substance abuse counselor (IADC). I have been providing therapy since 2009, working in community mental health and hospital settings. I am able to work with individuals struggling with addictions, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, and parenting issues.
I utilize a trauma focused approach. I am trained in cognitive behavioral and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT).
