Whether you are struggling with some difficult mental health issues, a life-changing event, or just feeling that something is “off” in life lately, I am here to help you during this life phase! It is important to me that you feel supported, validated, and ultimately empowered during your mental health journey as we work together towards your wishes and goals. I pride myself on being a therapist who brings warmth, authenticity, and fun to our sessions! I believe in connecting on a human level, ensuring our conversations are meaningful and relatable, rather than mechanical or impersonal.
I specialize with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma. I work a lot with individuals who are part of the LGBTQ+ community as well as individuals who have religious trauma. I help those who feel like they have lost parts of their identity and difficulty expressing themselves & emotions. I see youth ages 16+, young adults, adults.
I believe that everyone should have opportunities to become the finest version of themselves, but transformation is never a simple process. I am here to help you through your journey! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you feel like we would be a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you!
