I offer collaborative, affirming in person and virtual therapy, where you can show up fully and move toward the life you want—at your pace, on your terms. Some prefer weekly sessions, others check in periodically. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. I meet clients where they are, using techniques tailored to your unique needs.
