At our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), we understand that everyone’s journey is unique, and so are the challenges you face. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, relationship concerns, body image, or other mental health challenges, we’re here to meet you exactly where you are—without judgment, and with deep compassion.
BPS is a curriculum based group therapy format that meets 3 times weekly for 3 hours each session. It is intended for clients in need of more then once weekly therapy. Through psychoeducation (curriculum) and the group process of shared experiences and insight, this allows for a unique and insightful therapeutic experience. Because no two individuals are the same we believe that no one therapeutic approach can serve all. BPS uses multi-disciplined approach, integrating DBT, CBT, Narrative, Solution Focused and Trauma Informed Care to help a diverse populace.
This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level solutions. Our program is designed to give you tools, understanding, and meaningful strategies to navigate life’s challenges and rediscover your strength. Through group sessions, individual support, creative therapies, and evidence-based practices, we’ll work together to help you heal, grow, and thrive.
