Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you are struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, or emotional exhaustion. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and safe exploring your experiences. I am a bilingual therapist providing therapy in both English and Polish. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse cultural and clinical backgrounds.
