About
Currently Accepting New Clients. With several years of personal and professional experience working with recovery from pornography and problematic sexual behavior, I utilize a trauma-informed approach to treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, and process addictions. I hold a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Services from Evangel University, and received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Missouri State University.
My specialties include recovery from pornography/sex addiction, treatment of trauma and PTSD (especially for sexual abuse), spiritual integration/recovery, and religious cult/abuse recovery.
When working with my clients on their core issues, I begin by asking them, “What happened to you?”, instead of, “What’s wrong with you?”, because once we know someone’s story, we can began to understand how we arrived at the point of crisis. When life becomes unmanageable, even the strongest and most resilient folks need someone to come alongside and help.
