I create a dynamic and healing place for personal growth, productive communication and positive change. I have a diverse and experienced background in helping teenagers, adults, and families through challenging times. You will gain tools you can use right away to begin making progress on the goals set in counseling. I have provided solution-focused therapy with results for my clients for over 15 years. I additionally use cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing techniques to facilitate insight and growth. This is a welcoming place for you to process the events of your life and effectively meet the challenges.
I specialize in therapy for young adults and teens and have had many successful first meetings that create the trust and rapport to gain meaningful results. I emphasize communication, self-esteem building, and life management skills. I often use Life Coaching and Sports Psychology with competitive athletes and high achievers to achieve their goals.
I have been a competitive athlete and enjoy running and yoga. I am a dog lover, outdoor enthusiast and I have lived in Washington most my life. Being a professional therapist is a true passion of mine and I work to make the therapy experience rewarding for my clients.
