I specialize in working with competitive athletes on their mental health in sports and overall well-being. Sports performance therapy brings meaningful gains and results to wellness and competitive goals. I use sports psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other integrated therapies to support change in the identified areas of focus.
Being a professional therapist is a true passion of mine and I work to make the therapy experience rewarding for my clients. I am a dog lover, an outdoor enthusiast, and continue to enjoy running and racing.
