Are you struggling with issues regarding condemnation, guilt, shame, or emptiness? Do you lack confidence or feel powerless in the face of conflict? My desire is to come alongside you to help you overcome whatever challenges you have and may encounter. I consider myself to be a Person-Centered counselor who uses Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy in sessions. This includes my specialty in Faith-Based approaches for those who have a foundational Christian belief.
I work with individuals and couples who struggle with depression, anxiety, and a variety of different traumas. This can be approached through traditional counseling or through a Christian perspective, depending on what the client desires to utilize. My goal is to foster a counselor/client relationship that is built on trust and integrity.
As every client is unique and different, my counseling approach will always be tailored toward what works best for each client. I’m ready and willing to exhaust every resource to help you reach a place of wholeness and healing. I honestly believe that no matter what your experiences or struggles, there’s a transformed you on the other side of therapy.
