After many years of experience in sport. Starting out as a youth and working my way through the ranks of amateur, Division I student-athlete, and ultimately a professional athlete, I can relate to the many pressures athletes and other competitive individuals face. My individual counseling can help if you’re struggling with depression (including postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety), a recent loss such as a miscarriage, infertility, and other pregnancy-related concerns. My goal is to create a warm, easygoing, and non-judgmental counseling environment. I earned my masters degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of Houston and doctorate degree (PhD) and MA in Psychology with emphasis in media psychology at Fielding Graduate University in Santa Barbara, California.
