All of my experience over the years have taught me that in a difficult and often too stressful world, we all could use a non-judgmental, safe, compassionate and supportive place to work to achieve our goals and process whatever curve ball life has thrown your way. Together we will work through your life stressors, relationship issues, anxieties, and grief.
