Are you standing in the face of uncertainty in your life or career and confused as to how to move forward? Does performance paralysis settle in when considering a risk? Having lived through Hurricane Katrina, resulting in an abrupt relocation to St. Louis in 2008 (after forty years in Louisiana), I can relate to life being out of balance, starting over, and the need for grounding. After fourteen years in St. Louis, I've recently chosen to relocate to Houston to be near family and have expanded my virtual practice to several states. Life is about transition, investing in a balanced life, so that we can draw from each area as needed.
With decades of experience, I've cultivated a holistic practice of therapy and coaching, viewing our professional relationship as a partnership of accountability, My tools of mindset conditioning, EMDR, mindfulness stress reduction, meditation, breath work, and performance psychology create a mindset of growth and change that surpasses our hour together.
As a trained EMDR therapist, I specialize in traumatic grief. In coaching, I utilize the EMDR Performance Enhancement Protocol in working with professional athletes, advanced exam candidates, and executives for workplace relationships and management. It eliminates the emotional trauma freeze response that often leads to performance paralysis.
