Using a strengths based approach, all that I say and do, is individualized to meet the specific needs of each person. Empowering the individual by encouraging positive coping and stress transformation is at heart of what I do. As a Mother of 3 children, one of which has a rare health condition, I deeply understand the importance of meeting the unique needs of each individual.
I am a Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS), National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC). In all of these roles, my primary focus is to empower children and families with individualized support to meet their specific concerns/needs. Supporting children, teens, adults & families.
I have had the honor of walking next to children and their families during some of the most challenging times of their lives. In 2014, my role flipped, when our middle daughter was diagnosed with a rare health condition. I have a deep understanding of how significant life events can impact and shape us as individuals & families. We live it, every single day.
