Using natural methods, I successfully treat stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, low self-esteem and other problems. My focus is on making your symptoms go away - not just teaching you coping skills. By changing how your brain and body operate, it is possible to find the peace of mind you are looking for.
I will support you during difficult times while helping you to determine what problems are making you feel worse. Taking a holistic approach, I look for the root causes of emotional, behavioral and cognitive problems. Such causes may include psychological trauma, nutritional imbalances, environmental toxicity, unhealthy relationships, addiction, or a mixture of factors.
I use a combination of recent research, EMDR therapy, and nutrition education. I provide nutrition education related to mental health; I am not a registered dietitian.
