Welcome! Starting counseling can be overwhelming and I would love the opportunity to start this process with you. Maybe you are struggling with your own internal emotions or thoughts. I provide a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere for you to share your struggles/concerns and for us to work together towards freedom and healing.
I have over 15 years of experience working with people with anxiety, substance abuse/addiction, OCD, ADHD, depression, parenting and interpersonal stress. I use a variety of modalities to help identify patterns, develop compassion and increase tolerance/acceptance of emotions and thoughts so that you can move forward into a life that you value.
