At this this time during the Covid crisis I am offering telehealth sessions and continuing to see clients in the office. Now would be a good time for those clients who are not able to travel. They could have sessions via their cell phone. I work well with all populations of client especially children and teens. I want to assist them in the life challenges they are struggling with. Counseling is collaborative and I look forward to working with you to change your circumstances.
My speciality is working with depression and anxiety and PTSD. I have experience working with all ages and situations. I primarily work through teaching and how the different interventions can change the persons perceptions of themselves and others. I do a lot of crisis counseling, brief therapy, and cognitive behavioral approaches.
