Like an athletic coach, I apply my considerable training, experience, and creativity to help you carve out the steps to get from where you are to where you want to be, providing you support, accountability, and structure along the way.
My ideal client is someone willing to do whatever it takes to become everything you are created to be. I provide life coaching to individuals, families, and organizations facing a variety of challenges both in the US and around the world via telephonic and web coaching.
My seminary training and clinical experience equipped me with expertise in both theology and psychology for an integrated approach to total wellness.
As a life coach, I provide the solution to having an ongoing helping relationship in a mobile culture. Wherever life takes you, I am available to you.
My post-graduate training in play therapy assists me in looking at problems from different perspectives and discovering out-of-the-box problem-solving strategies. I am also an Army Reserve Chaplain and possess understanding of military culture and the unique needs of military families.
