Congruence Counseling, LLC was born from the belief that one cannot truly find happiness and contentment in life until the person reflected to the outside world is congruent, or in agreement, with the person on the inside. Congruence applies to children and teens, individuals, families, and organizations; any group or person seeking to elevate their efficacy, success, and happiness in life. We are a small private practice located in Wexford, Pennsylvania, specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, behavioral concerns, and life transitions.
I've earned a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Arizona State University. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC), a board certified counselor (NCC), a Certified Perinatal Mental Health provider (PMH-C), and certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
