With seven years in the field, I utilize both empathy and humor to create a comfortable space for my clients. I work with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with a wide range of concerns including: Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, and Substance Abuse. In my spare time, I enjoy exercise, practicing meditation, and writing. I am always open to discuss music and literature and have a wide and eclectic taste in music.I love everything from show tunes to 90’s R&B!
