Welcome! I am a licensed and PsyPact approved clinical psychologist who strives to create a warm, non-judgmental environment for individuals seeking help with challenging emotions, thoughts, behaviors and life situations. I help my clients to navigate these difficulties by utilizing evidenced based therapies while also thoughtfully tailoring my treatment towards to the unique needs of each person. I treat individuals who have mood and anxiety based disorders, eating disorders, post-traumtic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trichotillomania (hair-pulling disorder) and personality disorders.
I provide comprehensive DBT services through a certified DBT program to individuals with emotional dysregulation. Additionally, I utilize a range of evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), depending on the specific needs of my clients.
