Welcome, and thanks for reaching out. I hope you, your family and friends are safe and healthy. Leading with compassion, courage and curiosity, I support individuals and couples working to improve their relationships with themselves, their loved ones and their community. Focusing on understanding you, your desires and your hesitations, I offer support and insight through dynamic, client-focused, body-centered psychotherapy. We all want more happiness and less suffering. Let’s explore what that means for your unique self. Together, we can support habits that help and better manage habits that hinder.
How did you arrive here? What are you experiencing now? How can you relate to that with more compassion? I believe we all can learn and practice new skills of relating to ourselves and others. Let’s practice finding the pause where possibility lives so that you can better choose how to respond to life’s challenges with more compassion, courage and grace.
I have a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University. I've completed trainings in Traumatic Stress Studies, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, and I am a Level II Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy counselor. I have additional trainings in Nonviolent Communication, suicide awareness and body-centered psychotherapy.
