She has experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship/marital issues, personality disorders, adhd, grief, eating disorders, and spirituality issues. Brooke utilizes EMDR, Attachment Assessment, Cognitive/Dialectic Behavior Therapies, and Trauma Theory alongside talk therapy with her clients.
