My professional training is in nursing, psychology, pastoral counseling, and Jungian Psychoanalysis. This unique background gives me a holistic perspective and helps me to look beyond symptoms, focus on underlying causes, and build on inner strengths and resources. The goal is to help my clients recognize, appreciate and cultivate their inner life; to be their whole and best self! I have a diverse practice that includes people of various ages and cultures. I explore the unconscious through dreams, fantasies and imagination. I also perform Association Experiment for those who face stubborn creative blocks.
I believe that people are motivated, first of all, by the need for a better connection with themselves. This in return helps them in their relationships with others. I also believe that self-exploration, no matter the time and effort, is worth one's investment in the long run. I meet my clients where they are in their journey of life by listening carefully.
Through the above mentioned therapeutic methods/relationship I aim at helping clients share their experiences that lead them to seek help, increase self-understanding and self-acceptance, and learn the necessary skills, so that they can confront themselves and others in more effective ways.
