I help individuals find meaning, cultivate self-acceptance, and deepen connection.
I have advanced training in perinatal mental health, and I provide tailored support for the unique challenges of motherhood. I also welcome individuals looking to explore their faith journey or those who have been wounded by the Church and want to process their experience. My approach is authentic, warm, and relatable.
