This BootCamp Therapy will provide you with a series of sessions that challenges you to connect with your inner child and identify the barriers present that affect your ability to communicate, relate and interfere with your ability to create healthy relationships. Boot Camp Therapy includes Friends, Family, Couples, Marriage and Pre Marital BootCamp.
I provide confidential services in a non-judgmental and compassionate atmosphere. Here, you will safely explore and work through your true feelings, thoughts, and beliefs. You will not be pushed, but be heard. You will not be judged, but be encouraged. Ultimately, the choices and decisions are yours to make my job is to help you learn how to process them.
As your Therapist, I will be present with you while facing your trauma's and fears. This will allow you to learn how to problem solve, cope and deal with life’s difficulties independently and confidently, while also receiving support clarification and encouragement when necessary .
