Substance Use Disorders (SUD), whether our own misuse or someone else's misuse that affects us, can be painful to navigate. Trauma informed approaches are utilized to provide interactive and exploratory 50 minute sessions to identify client strengths, while assessing barriers that may be interfering with becoming the best version of one-self.
