Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 16 years of experience. I provide individual counseling services to adults in both Florida. Virginia and Indiana through video sessions. I offer weekday, evening and weekend availability. My primary areas of focus include life transitions, grief and anxiety.
Throughout the collaborative counseling process, we will together create a clear shared purpose for our time together, identifying your internal strengths and resources while exploring tools to build upon these strengths.
Depending on your needs, we will then use Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Grief specific and/or Short-Term/Solution Focused approaches to develop incremental steps towards your goals and create meaningful change in your life.
I believe at its best, counseling allows us to understand and make use of our life experiences to better ourselves, our families and our communities.
