I specialize in what is sometimes referred to as “Energy Psychology”- processing trauma with EMDR and Hypnotherapy and EFT (Tapping) as well as CBT, CBT-Mindfulness, MI and Solution-Focused therapy. I offer Wellness services which assist in getting to the origin of negative beliefs and behaviors. These services include several forms of hypnotherapy.
As we navigate these challenging times, you may be feeling more anxiety or sadness. You are not alone! Together we can move through these changes. Though we are meeting virtually, it is still possible to do deep work. Many clients have been using EMDR and Hypnotherapy as well as “talk therapy” virtually with positive results!
