I work with highly motivated clients who are struggling in their relationships, suffer from anxiety disorders, and/or who have obsessive-compulsive disorder. Through sessions, out-of-session application, and a strong therapeutic connection, we approach symptoms and issues head-on with courage and hope. My job is to work myself out of a job, so I see our work together as an important step on your path towards healing.
I have over a decade of experience working with couples in distress, anxiety disorders, and OCD. I integrate my expertise as a professor and AAMFT Approved Supervisor with my clinical work, and approach therapy with evidence-based interventions and a genuine commitment to helping clients improve. I primarily draw from EFT/ Restoration Therapy, CBT, and ACT.
