I have worked extensively with couples, including pre-marital and marital, individuals, teens to address such issues depression, anxiety, anger, self-esteem, relationships, substance abuse, grief, stress. My approach is strength based, goal-oriented, and includes cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, strategic intervention and family systems.
By focusing on communication, decision making, problem solving techniques my clients are able to improve relationships, decrease symptoms and improve their quality of life. Changing our perception of how we view the world, changes how we create the world around .
In addition to working with several insurances, Medicare and Employee Assistance Programs, I offer a very reasonable fee scale. Internet and telephonic sessions available as well. I am licensed by the AZ Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as well as a member in good standing with the American Counseling Association.
