Hello! I'm Bonnie Rusch, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist. I received my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Metropolitan State University, and since 2016 I have worked in a variety of mental health settings supporting adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders, grief and loss, PTSD, bipolar disorder and interpersonal relationship issues.
I primarily work from a Person-Centered, Trauma-Informed perspective and utilize several evidenced based treatment modalities; including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Brief Solution Focused Therapy (BSFT), and Mindfulness.
