I like to assist people to reach their goals and ideal potential, ages 13-90. I prefer live therapy but can also use secure video. I am a certified EMDR & DBT therapist, certified to work with neurodiverse clients, have expertise with trauma and mood disorders and addictions. I am a certified member of EMDRIA and active in the Lindale Chamber of Commerce. My style is eclectic, in that I often mix therapeutic interventions to best meet individual needs. Assisting others is my personal life purpose.

I offer an eclectic array of therapies that include EMDR, CPT, CBT, ACT, DBT, person-centered, Solution-focused, Strength-based, sensory interventions and polyvagal theory approaches.
