My name is Bonnie Rose and I am excited to be part of a talented group of compassionate professional counselors in the NE Texas area. I like to assist people to reach their goals and ideal potential, ages 13-90. I work with individuals and couples, prefer live therapy but am also adept at using video. I am a certified DBT therapist, certified to work with neurodiverse clients, have expertise with mood disorders, drug and alcohol addictions. I am a certified member of EMDRIA and active in the veteran community. My style is eclectic, in that I often mix therapeutic interventions to best meet individual needs.
As indicated in the prior section, I know several modalities. I specialize in trauma/PTSD, autism, ADHD, mood disorders, life transitions and addictions. I offer an eclectic array of therapies that include EMDR, CPT, CBT, ACT, DBT, person-centered, Adlerian, Solution-focused, Strength-based, art, music, sensory interventions and polyvagal theory approach.
