So much of our lives are spent focused on everything that is external to us - our partners, kids, friends, family, colleagues, social media, and on and on. My goal as a therapist is to provide clients with the space, tools, and care to practice the "u-turn" inside of themselves. Growth, healing, and wisdom come from understanding our emotions, reactions, beliefs, needs, and all of the various "parts" of ourselves.
My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, aging, stress management, grief and loss, self-worth, shame/shame resiliency, binge eating disorder, relationship issues, chronic health conditions, stress related to care giving, and chronic pain.
