These belief systems can become the lenses with which we view our world making it difficult to move forward from our past.
Negative belief systems are like weeds in a garden- they make it difficult for us to achieve the beauty and growth to our full potential. Often therapy removes the top of these weeds allowing for some initial relief however, leaving the root of the problem. Through different modalities including EMDR I seek to target and remove the source of ones struggles.
I specializes in assisting individuals whom have experienced trauma in their past/present.
