I would like to help you feel better, process hard things and help discover greater meaning and purpose. As a certified EMDR therapist, I can help you process complex, traumatic events that have occurred. Together we can help you feel better, perform optimally, and work towards creating the new story you want for your life. I partner with teens, parents and individual adults to help sort through the difficult issues your facing today.

I use evidenced based skills (EMDR) and team with a certified therapy dog as an AAI professional. Attachment focused, ego state/ IFS, art therapy, are some of the lens of perspectives/ specific training/ clinical experience I can use. I'm a WA supervisor. Licensed LMHC/LPC in WA, NY, AZ and TX providing care via telehealth to residents of these 4 states.

I've been honored to be a part of the healing journey with many who have experienced struggles, a terrible event or a lifetime of trauma (complex trauma). I can also help professionals/ students/ athletes/ clinicians/ work through more temporary struggles to optimize performance.
