As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide help to those who want to feel better emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically. As a Family Therapist in private practice, I offer support, guidance, and healing to the individual, couple, tween/teen, and family, who are facing challenging emotions or situations. While providing a safe environment for those with a variety of issues, I specialize in treating trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, parent/family and couple issues, child/adolescent disorders, bereavement, life/stress management, and relationship conflict.
I provide a nurturing and safe environment and the necessary tools for my clients in order to facilitate awareness and connection with themselves and within their relationships as they decrease symptoms, nurture undeveloped strengths, address unmet needs and foster a feeling of wholeness.
I offer quiet music and a peaceful atmosphere during session while working on issues ranging from chronic/painful feelings and memories, needing healthier coping solutions in the workplace or in relationships, to having an increased sense of well-being.
