I am Bonnie Sommer, a licensed professional counselor in the state of Colorado since 2016. If you feel stuck or unsure of the next steps, I am dedicated to helping you process grief, heal old trauma, improve communication skills, and better manage anxiety or depression. I’ve found that the only way for a person to bring change to their life is if they make the ultimate decision to do so. Choice by Choice offers you a safe place, without judgement, to grow and discover strategies that will help you create a more fulfilling life.
My counseling philosophy is based on meaning, strengths based and client centered approaches. I received my Master of Science in clinical psychology and am recognized as a National Certified Counselor. Additionally, through certification from Creative Results Management I’ve been a trainer and coach since 2013.
My client’s range in age from young adults through senior-age. My goal is to help you learn to grieve well, improve your sense of value, increase motivation, and manage stress.
