Has talk therapy not always met your needs? Working with the nervous system holistically through EMDR, somatic experiencing, & breathing offers gentler and more effective means to heal. Therapy is a unique opportunity to be vulnerable and learn to experience a healthy relationship, with a foundation of trust and compassionate experience. A diagnosis is not necessary, in my professional opinion, to work through the issues "in the tissues". Confidentiality offers you peace of mind and sets a foundation of trust between us. My work is about freeing the weight of the past & future anxieties, so you can be you again and enjoy life more.

Your healing can begin with a choice to remember your importance and take care of you. Trauma, when treated with respect, compassion and deep presence, can helps us restore a sense of wholeness. SE touch work as well as Craniosacral (beginning in 2025) is also available. (Telehealth also available.)

I work primarily with bottom up approaches. They target emotional pain or fear that is stuck in the body and offer the space to process it. There is nothing to think through. In sessions, we don’t even have to talk about the specifics. It's about connecting to your body, and learning to listen. I would love to connect for a free 30 minute call with you.
