My healing journey, lead me into studying Eastern and Western Transpersonal/Spiritual approaches to wellness. I utilize tools such as Mindfulness, Somatic Awareness, EMDR, EFT, IFS, and Brainspotting, as a means to cope with stress, anxiety, trauma, and depression. I specialize working with couples, adults, and female related issues.
Clients experience me as present, nonjudgemental, and compassionate. I believe that no one is permanently broken, that everyone can heal. One of my unique gifts is connecting easily and lovingly with anyone.

Women Empowerment thru Expressive Arts and Qigong
I create a safe container for women to explore core issues through the expressive and moving arts. I believe that experiential practices such as movement, dance, vocalizing, dramatising, and art, bypass the rational mind, and are a direct route to the subconscious mind, where transformation can occur. I also have an on-going Qigong group for stress management!
