I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist with seven years of experience in the mental health field. I am committed to helping adults and older adults address the challenges of living a fuller and more productive life. I specialize in depression, anxiety, substance use, and helping individuals adjust to life transitions.
I completed my MSW at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and prior to that, I earned my MA in Gerontology from the University of North Texas. My experience includes working in both inpatient and outpatient facilities. I utilize multiple treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and motivational interview
