I’m Bonnie and I work with adults (18+) in various areas including life transitions, grief, anxiety and depression, infertility, and trauma. I offer a warm, safe and friendly therapeutic environment to help my clients navigate their struggles, heal, and work towards their goals. I care deeply about my clients and the work I do in this helping profession.
Seeking help or support for growth and healing can be a vulnerable time for many. In addition to traditional person-centered talk therapy, I offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which allows clients to reduce symptoms of PTSD, typically after one session. This somatic approach helps the brain separate out past triggers and present moments.
Some say that seeking help is a sign of weakness. I disagree and my therapeutic approach reflects this. I believe that seeking help is a sign of strength; that you care enough about yourself to find resources to support your goals and dreams, while working through your experiences to truly find your best self.
