While I have a fair number of relational tools in my toolkit, I value addressing the body, mind and spirit of each of my clients. Mental causations of physical illness are discussed when needed. I help my clients rein in the "wild horses" of their mind through meditation and I work to deepen relational understandings through Vedic wisdom.
I have experience with codependent, enmeshed and abusive relationships. I work with the intent to break abusive patterns while establishing healthy new behaviors for couples and families who are currently caught in a cycle of abuse. To assure safety, a rigorous assessment will determine the couple's eligibilty for psychotherapy.
