I specialize in working with adults dealing with childhood trauma, relationship issues, low self-esteem, anxiety and depression. My approach is flexible and tailored to your unique needs, blending Post-Induction Therapy, Transactional Analysis CBT, DBT, and a compassionate, person-centered approach.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and I believe in creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and understood. My goal is to help you develop the tools you need to navigate challenges, find clarity, and live a more fulfilling life. I’m in-network with a few commercial insurances and also offer a private pay option.
