Greetings, Thank you for your interest in counseling services. My name is Bonnie and I am the sole owner of NW Transformations Child and Family Counseling in Olympia, Washington. I offer individual Psychotherapy Services to Adults, Seniors, Adolescents and children (Ages 8+) who are struggling with issues related to Anxiety, Depression, Grief, life transitions, PTSD, Bi-Polar Disorder, and other challenges. I offer in person sessions as well as tele-health.
I believe that each client has the abillity to overcome challenges or learn new skills to adapt and handle life's stressor using a variety of therapuetic modalities including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, EMDR, play therapy for children.
I understand how difficult life can become when you are dealing with a multitude of stressors including family dynamics, challenges with mental or physical changes, the loss of a loved one and feeling like as if you have little control over your life. I believe that each client has the ability to develop new pathways to a happier existance -Ways to cope
