About
I work with Adults, Seniors, Teens and children who are struggling with issues related to Anxiety, Depression, Grief, life transitions, PTSD, OCD, Bi-Polar Disorder, and nuero-developmental challenges including Autism or learning disabilities. I see children who are 10+ using play therapy in the office. I assist clients in developing coping strategies to overcome challenges related to emotional control, decreasing symptoms that impact overall functioning. I also provide assistance in finding resources relating to life transitions as it pertains to caring for others who have cognitive decline, Alzheimer's Disease/Dementia
I work with children, teens, adults and seniors. I offer a warm and supportive environment that is cooperative in nature. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who started out working with children who were diagnosed with cognitive delays in 1997. I moved from the education to social work and now provide mental health therapy services
I understand how difficult life can become when you are dealing with a multitude of stressors including family dynamics, challenges with mental or physical changes, the loss of a loved one and feeling like as if you have little control over your life. I believe that each client has the ability to develop new pathways to a happier existance -Ways to cope
