I’m licensed in North Carolina and Colorado and offer therapy via telehealth. I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen connection. I also support individuals who want to better understand themselves, shift patterns, and build a more compassionate relationship with their inner world.
