I provide therapy for children, adolescents, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, emotional regulation, and self-worth struggles. Together, we build insight, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen self-worth, and take meaningful steps toward greater confidence, balance, and emotional well-being.
I help clients who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted find a safe, supportive space to heal. I use a collaborative, person-centered approach integrating CBT, CPT, NVC, solution-focused therapy, and EMDR to reduce distress, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. Faith-based support is also available if desired.
