Recovering from a brain injury, stroke, or another neurological condition can touch every part of life. I am Dr. Bonnie Cardell, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Supervisor with a Ph.D. in Applied Psychophysiology and a Master's in Counseling Psychology. Through secure telehealth sessions, I offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults, grounded in the belief that the brain and nervous system can heal with the right support.
I integrate CBT, mindfulness-based interventions, biofeedback informed self-regulation, breathing retraining, expressive arts, and Logotherapy, a meaning centered approach. These tools help you strengthen emotional regulation, build cognitive flexibility, and reconnect with purpose in daily life.
