I’m an associate Licensed Clinical Social Worker with additional training in perinatal mental health disorders. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, or simply overwhelmed with life, I’m here for you. I use a person-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused approach, utilizing the past to inform the present and move you towards the future you want to create. I’m trained in several treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, allowing me to create a unique strategy for your healing.
As a mom of a blended family of 5, I know the height of the joy and the depth of the pain that comes with birthing and raising children. I use this lived experience combined with extensive training to help you be the parent you want to be.
On a personal note, I’m a Charlotte native and a double graduate of UNC Charlotte with a Bachelor’s in Psychology (’03) and a Masters in Social Work (’24). I obtained my Peer Support Certification in 2021 and have worked on a Community Doula Program.
