I specialize in treating Depression, Anxiety, and Trauma. I help clients understand the underlying cause of their symptoms and the techniques to resolve or greatly improve them. Self-empathy simply stated is "I understand". This attitude taken towards the self motivates change. I teach self empathy as a super power technique for igniting real change.
