I utilize a relational approach to psychotherapy and draw upon client centered, attachment, emotionally focused and sensorimotor psychotherapy frameworks. Working from a strengths-based approach, we work together to decide the best path toward healing and building the life you desire.
I hold a masters in social work from The University of Chicago and have worked within social service organizations and private practice for the last 25 years.
