My theoretical approach involves integrating Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior-Informed Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Increasing knowledge and awareness may help ease relationship stress, anxiety and depression, and navigate life transitions.
